Unless a legal eagle informs and it is confirmed otherwise, team bernmeister is operating on the understanding that a receipt and release is not necessary.

In the event it should be determined a receipt and release is required to absolve bernmeister, etc., of any liability for the conduct/actions of any other party, then it is understood an actual receipt and release is deemed to have been effective for any/all purchases at any time, regardless of formal acknowledgement of same, along with all other terms of service or other terms, see in the footer below.

At bernTUNES.shop bernmeister approved digital media may be purchased. Presently there is bernmeister only created content available, along with his covers of other material. It is anticipated we will also make available other artist renditions of bernmeister songs, as well as possibly some of their own original works.
