COMMON GUIDELINES – bernmeister intends and expects to accept advertising proposals as long as submissions comply with universally recognized better business practices, and further comply with any and all terms and/or directions including as specified at the given link in the footer menu below.  This includes, but is not limited to, not posting offensive content, false reporting or representation, malicious assertions, illegal allegations, and at the sole direction of bernmeister, any unacceptable, negative comment.  Risque and provocative material will be acceptable if it is in good taste.

In the appropriate context, rough or possibly even vulgar language may be acceptable, and like all other advertisements, will be considered on an individual basis.  It is never acceptable to cross the line into the profane or blasphemous.  Such necessary exception notwithstanding, the aim here will ever be to champion freedom of speech to the fullest extent possible.
