Please understand that bernmeister does not control and makes no representations as to being able to control, either currently or at any future point, what any government receiving any funds from him via repurposing or otherwise, will do with these funds. Beyond an assumption that all uses of the funds are legitimate [as to the purpose of fighting significant global concerns, such as the need to address climate change or the coronavirus or similar pandemic], bernmeister further makes no representations, let alone promises, as to a specific application by any government or its agent as to any use of any such funds.

IMPLIED RECEIPT AND RELEASE

Purchase of the conditional right to enjoy non-commercial use of certain bernmeister intellectual property — including specifically digital based media — has an expressed receipt and release at shopping cart for same.

Your sole remedy, if any under law, is with any lawful government connected to the receipt of such funds, to the extent same may entertain being accountable for the use of said funds; to that and any and all other extent, at all times your only possible relief, if any, is to come from said lawful government if it elects to be held accountable and never at any time from Bernhard Christian Helgason, a/k/a bernmeister, personally, and also any of his entities or agents or representatives, whosoever, in any form whatsoever.

You recognize Bernhard Christian Helgason, a/k/a bernmeister, personally, and also any of his entities or agents or representatives, whosoever, in any form whatsoever cannot be held liable for any reason, including the lawfulness or legitimacy of any government receiving any repurposing funds, or any other monies from any possible association with Bernhard Christian Helgason, a/k/a bernmeister, personally, and also any of his entities or agents or representatives, whosoever, in any form whatsoever.

Tax deductible nature of any payments, as to any parts of any bundle (ie., essential digital meda and/or free will offering), or as may also apply if donations are sought for study of bernmeister’s academic work {recall there is a difference between a purchase and a donation}:

Generally: bernmeister makes no representations or guarantees to such effect, as all such exemption from tax must be approved by the government entity issuing the tax.

Purchases and Donations:

Purchases – it is reasonable to expect that for your purchase of essential MMS digital media, both as to the applicable PDFs and any free will offering, same may be recognized as a legitimate business expense.

Donations – The term donation here is to acknowledge it is a gesture of support voluntarily provided. Note: At the shopping cart you are making a purchase, not a donation. At some future point either independently or in connection with existing non-profit entities, it is anticipated donations for educational purposes (academic review of MMS) will be established.

In either case although it is anticipated a tax deduction will be honored for your payment, bernmeister makes no guarantee to such effect, which decision is ultimately controlled by the applicable government authority. While bernmeister’s LLC corporate identity is a for profit entity, not a non for profit, it is expected that such authorities will grant a tax deduction as your payment, which secures a “thing of value”*, also is a legit business expense as well as a bona fide course of study, both of which are commonly viewed as typically tax deductible (by U.S. standards).

* As noted in the legal section, the “thing of value” that you are acquiring is a unique license that applies to the unique download of the copyrighted intellectual property owned and provided by bernmeister, which allows you possess, review and enjoy, for non commercial purposes, that specific download (PDF or other) copy of his work. You do not own that copy, only the right to non commercially use and enjoy that work. Nor may you engage in any activity which may be viewed as a violation of copyright.
