Obviously bern’s IP can be available in other mediums, including but not limited to, paper, etc.. Additionally, content may be transcribed to other surfaces. Listed below is a good faith effort to allocate a slotting for all content presented,  in every anticipated end product.

Such content presently applies to the following categories:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

These are:

• Academic non digital IP offered
• Entertainment non digital IP offered

Counterpart to digital offerings which are available by download, these non-digital products would include alternative media for the same (digital counterpart) IP, whether academic or entertainment. Examples include: preprinted sheet music, a book or other paper based publication.

These products are made available via three distinct avenues:

• bernmeister-based IP, academic or entertainment in scope, contained in non-digital media, sales of which are coordinated with this site. (That is intended to mean bernmeister retains the option to sell this product mail-order from this site. At present the option to provide mail-order is being deferred; bern plans to outreach with retailers and other third parties for such products.)
• bernmeister Aftermarket (see description below).
• Other merchandise (non-bernmeister merchandise, see below).

BERNMEISTER AFTERMARKET

• Ancillary products which are actual, official bernmeister merchandise expanding beyond what is strictly bernmeister Intellectual Property. That is, this could be not only bernmeister content (lyrics or academic quotables) but also other content from other sources.
  [Examples of the latter include lyrics from other artists for which permission to use has been obtained; and additionally could likewise include popular phrases found in the public domain.]

Product examples (such as tee shirts, other physical mediums. etc.) containing extracts of bernmeister IP, or other content (such as a calendar, etc.), all of which are nevertheless official bernmeister™ content including use of the official bernmeister™ trademark.

• Non-digital merchandise provided by other parties which is officially affiliated with and authorized to use the bernmeister™ brand.

Refers to non-bernmeister merchandise supplied by other parties available under cross promotion agreement with bernmeister, authorized to carry the bernmeister™ mark brand to represent that cross promotion status and sold here at bernmeister.com. Possibilities are extensive, and may be sold at this site or elsewhere under licensing and development agreements.

{One such example of this could be a fashion label not necessarily designed by bern but earning his seal of approval and endorsement, documented by authorized use of his trademark.}

Refers to a virtual marketplace where links are provided to other goods/services not connected to bernmeister, and to which bernmeister makes no assurances, guarantees or representations, as these links connect to other parties available under cross promotion agreement with bernmeister. Any other products/merchandise sold/resold at such other sites may earn bernmeister a commission.

*NOTE:  No non-digital items are available for purchase at present, earliest projected availability is late 2023; bernmeister immediate focus is attention and release of digital academic material and addressing priority global concerns, including fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. As early as circumstances allow, there will be a return focus to develop bernmeister™ brand and related content.
