bernmeister Tax Structure/System

(working title – bTSS)

All countries are concerned with the size of the economic pie and how best to increase it. While typically targetted policies such as tax credits and other incentives on the carrot side and/or penalties on the stick side hope to focus on growth, the relatively primitive nature and structure of modern economics may be convoluted.

Tax systems should ideally optimize distribution of the pie first and foremost, rather than principally seek to increase the size of the pie, as at times such a mechanism can be at odds with itself.  Visually it is an image of pushing and pulling at the same time. This methodology is not optimally efficient and invites counter productive results if not actual waste.

bernmeister hopes to correct this principally by using MMS to enlarge the size of the economic pie, while having an improved vision for taxation to focus on its distribution. Nobody likes to be taxed.  But it is a necessary condition that cannot and should not be avoided.

Taxes are funds used for both consumption of existing obligations (not to mention the retirement of debt on older obligations), and as a vehicle to invest in anticipated needs. The bTSS suggests structure along with other innovation would be a means to best and most fairly distribute the tax burden, and do so in a way which mirrors the reality of how business enterprises, as well as government operations acknowledge both fixed and variable expenses.

bernmeister hopes you will enjoy the read and consider a purchase once this material is released.  (Immediate scheduling priority has been for the larger international MMS and not the smaller intra-national tax picture.  However, bern is returning his focus to this project and hopes to have it available in 2023).
