Repurposing is the temporary initiative suggested by bernmeister to make at least a symbolic gesture to fight corona virus in a unique way.

Repurposing would only apply to original releases of core, essential MMS material (snap shot and primer). At this infancy stage, repurposing is merely a suggestion. However, if adopted bern would consent to lending certain funds to governments under favorable conditions to help COVID-19.

Were there no pandemic, bernmeister would otherwise have the same marketing approach for this specific intellectual property. That is, to serve the public interest while the use it is available on a free-will basis (without the surrender of any equity or interest in copyright).  Suggested pricing is scalable. That is, everyone else would be asked for a one-time base fee to access and enjoy the right to use this specific IP. The wealthy who have a greater interest and would therefore benefit more, would be asked to pay more.

In addition, if MMS is academically validated and appears to be a “reinvent the wheel” development capable of a paradgim shift, then and in that event, the wealthiest (whether a natural or corporate person) would be asked to pay more over a ten year period. (How much more is not clear and bern is content and thinks it only fair to wait until an academic determination is made.)

However because of the pandemic, bern will seek 5% from all millionaires and 10% from all billionaires (a one time ask of current net worth) to not only compensate for the boon of MMS, but also to make such monies available as loan to participating approved government partners.
