These are indirect, direct, and brand based.

The three areas of investment:

1. bernmeister — indirect investment in entertainment IP typically by financing or strategic partnerships.
   {To a lesser extent investments in academic IP not involving sale of copyright or other equity owned by bernmeister may be considered.}

2. direct investment in bernmeister’s intellectual property, usually copyrighted material further recognized with the bernmeister™ (trade) mark.
   {Direct investment in academic material is minimal, and only available by special arrangement.}

A dedicated subset of item 2 above, the brand bernmeister™ [expected to emerge as a substantial presence in multiple markets once enough preliminary/initial capitalization from certain IP is realized] is for opportunities connected to use of the mark aimed at developing an international brand, specifically bernmeister™, serving as an umbrella for various product families.
