RATES, FREQUENCY, etc.

Rates anticipated to be competitive.  Compliance with terms specified on this site and on the advertising page.

The content shall be provided in ready to post form by you, the Client.

Payment will be in US Dollars (USD) as per the schedule indicated below.

RATE INFORMATION:

Coverage –
A custom advertising box will be one fully sized for one client and may not be divided or sub-divided.  Your ad may be as large or as small as you, the Advertiser sees fit, but it will maintain the size parameters of the box at left. The same advertisement will appear on every page.  At present different advertisements on different pages are not an option.  The rate is a flat rate as indicated below.

It has been established there is a 1 minute display time
before the next scheduled advertisement will run.

While this may be subject to change without notice,
that frequency is not expected to be altered for the foreseeable future.

Rates and Schedules (Retail and Wholesale) –
The fee to advertise on a single instance isolated use basis is $10.00 per minute for a single ad (at the minimum duration of one minute) displayed once in a given hour.
[If an advertiser elects for duration longer than one minute, any additional time is measured up to the next full minute.  In other words, all ads are measured only within full minute increments and are not measured in a portion of less than a full minute increment.]

Retail Daily – If repeated once per hour throughout a 24-hour daily cycle that adds up to ($10.00 hourly rate x 24 hours =) $240.00 per day.
Wholesale Daily – Currently, in lieu of the à la carte rate just described, you may purchase the $240 daily retail rate at a volume discount level of $200 per day (approximately 16% discount).

{NOTE: the above quotations for daily rates assume a standardized rate of the minimum one minute display of advertisement time per hour. Advertisers that increase this frequency and have their ads run for a duration of more than once in any given specific hour will (of course) pay more for the extra advertising time; however, additional discount rates may be negotiated accordingly.}

Retail weekly – The max weekly total [24-hour daily maximum x 7 days per week =]  168 hours. This 168 [x the hourly rate of $10 per minute =] a maximum advertising fee (at the full retail rate) of $1,680.00. {Again, this is at a frequency of 1 min. per hour.}
Wholesale weekly – Currently, in addition to the à la carte rate described above, you may purchase the 168 hour weekly available option at the volume discount rate of $1,350 (effectively 20% discount – instead of $1,680 retail price). {Again, this is at a frequency of 1 min. per hour.}

FURTHER SPECIAL BENEFIT TO INITIAL ADVERTISERS, WHILE UNFILLED SPACE LASTS

At this initial phase a special discount will be offered to reward our very first advertisers.

Those advertisers who are first to sign on will benefit additionally because until the maximum of 60 possible one minute advertisements for each of the 60 minutes in an hour is filled, their advertisements will continue to run in the available display space not yet taken.  Thus your 1-minute advertisement will enjoy running additionally at a frequency greater than once per hour at no extra charge (for the extra frequency).

FREQUENCY

The degree of coverage shall be how many minutes (per hour) your advertisement is to run.  Obviously, there is a minimum of one minute per hour for a minimum of one hour in a given 24 hour cycle.  We encourage advertisers to do at least 1 minute per hour for each hour in a 24-hour cycle. Again, anyone wishing to run an advertisement for more than one minute within that given hour may negotiate further discount as applicable.

This may be subject to change in the future but that recommendation remains our current policy.  Please indicate how many instances (minutes per hour/hours per day) and how many instances (or hours per day) will be used for showcasing your advertisement.

You may elect to run your advertisement for as infrequently as one day per week, or as many weeks as you choose to run your advertisement.

bernmeister reserves the right to determine and assign any decisions relative to placement of advertisements at this or any companion site.
