If correct, bern’s Channeled Regulation: The Definitive Key to Affordable Housing will provide an answer, or at least the best available solution, for a huge societal and economic problem [particularly as unnecessarily higher housing costs are inherently inflationary to pretty much all other economic sectors, to one degree or another].

Release of bern’s work here (substantially developed but in need of rewrite into a final draft) has had to be delayed due to focus on fighting the global pandemic with an emphasis on MMS.

With release scheduled for mid 2023, shortly thereafter, academic review of bernmeister’s Channeled Regulation affordable housing theory should begin in earnest as soon as possible. Update on who will coordinate that review [yet to be determined] and how it is proceeding, will be posted here at this page.
