Note 1:

bernmeister intends to achieve this principally by an initiative he calls ‘repurposing’.

(Repurposing would lend revenue from sale of certain bernmeister IP to various governments in exchange for tax exempt bonds or other similar instruments). By rolling over any cashing in of these bonds and pushing back the maturity date until at least one year after such critical problems are in bern’s opinion improved, we hope to get to a point at which regional economies may recover. It is thus hoped critical global issues are minimized while diminishing hyper-inflation will be achieved.

Note 2:

At present bern has not had opportunity to negotiate with any specific government (national, state, regional, municipal); no repurposing can happen until a legal agreement is in place.  Once repurposing is properly established, government authorities would apply contributions from the richest directly into the aforesaid initiatives.  Click here for an updated list of subsequent agreements with such governments as they become effective.

Note 3:

To be clear the repurposing initiative will be temporary as described, only applying to two original releases of essential MMS work, the snapshot and primer. (MMS is short for the “M” Monetary System.) The repurposing will not apply to any other MMS content release or other intellectual property (IP).

Note 4:

MMS is potentially a ground-breaking “reinvent the wheel” development. If correct and academically validated the entire world will benefit. Although this is the case for everybody, the wealthy benefit most (to an ongoing degree) simply because they already are more invested – obvious in the status quo. For this reason the rich (millionaires and billionaires, whether natural real or artificial persons [corporations, etc.] will be asked to contribute the most initially as well as something later [to be determined] pending MMS held as academically valid.

Note 5:

This leaves general public generated income from the sale of original editions of essential MMS content (snapshot and primer). bernmeister anticipates this may also become a substantial amount. Should that be so, bern expects to also make such funds available for his repurposing initiative. However, he will give himself a little leeway for this anticipated picture to firm up and fully take shape.

Note 6:

Continuing full disclosure, bern has entertainment IP in addition to academic IP.  As described above, the academic IP is not routinely scheduled for charitable contribution shortly after point of sale. (Rather, funds applied to repurposing will be loaned to qualified governments.)

In contrast, some of bernmeister’s entertainment based media will be sold at his bernTUNES eCommerce platform.  In lieu of extraordinary donations to charity bern hopes to make a more significant difference by fully pushing the envelope as to investment in clean green energy, and other areas that are important to address climate change.

Note 7:

While bern is not unduly concerned about liability as to either chariable donations or governments via repourposing, a proforma receipt and release is prudent business practice.

The point in need of underscoring is in no case may bernmeister, or any association connected to bernmeister, be deemed liable and subject to legal action including damages for what is essentially the conduct of another party while bernmeister is effectively a de facto Good Samaritan.

There is usually an exception that proves the rule, which is the concern. Directly or indirectly funds deployed by governments to address critical global issues may be presumed as  greatly successful in serving the public interest. However, bern must be legally insulated from the conduct of other third parties where he has only loaned funds to help promote the common good.

Note 8:

Accordingly, bernmeister is required to make as a condition of sale of any of his IP (intellectual property) a receipt and release, which may be fully expressed requesting your acknowledgement. If such acknowledgement is not forthcoming, you are advised that by continuing to proceed with any purchase, you are consenting to essentially the same receipt and release on an implied basis. Either version of the receipt and release is deemed official and is found along with other necessary legalese at the corresponding items on the footer below.
