    Study seeking validation of bernmeister’s improved tax system has been postponed due to prioritization of MMS.  A coordinated initiative to seek and determine academic validation for this item will begin shortly after release of the work once feasibility for study is practicable.

  3. Validation of bernmeister’s channeled regulation (CR) – Definitive key to affordable housing, emphasizing a cost plus market approach that better structures multiple economic activities, will also eventually seek scholarly review.
